Is your caravan park pet friendly?

Yes we are a pet friendly park, except during Peak Season and Public Holidays. Please check out our Pet Policy on the website or give us a call with any pet-related questions.

How close is the caravan park to the town centre?

We are 2km on the south side of Narooma

What type of accomodation do you have?

We have accomodation for all budgets and families of all sizes- from our basic ensuite cabins to our 3 bedroom holiday cabins.

Do you have room for motorhomes?

We sure do but spots are limited so always call ahead to make your booking.

What size sites do you have?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites-, shaded, concrete, grass- there's a spot for everyone.

Do you have sites that fit camper trailers?

We sure do but make sure you book in advance so we can find the right site for you.

What type of amenities do you offer?

Hot showers, toilet facilities, baby changing tables and laundry facilities. 

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

Yes, they are coin operated and take $4.00 in $1 coins. Our friendly satff can help you out with change if you run short.

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping?

Yes, they're great if you want some extra space and privacy. Fantastic for families.

Are dump points provided at your park?

We provide a dump point for the use of in-house guests.

Do you allow fires?

Yes but not during December and January. You must have a fire pit that is raised off the ground and does not damage the grass. No fires are to be lit on the ground.

Do you have BBQ facilities?

There are lots of BBQs around the park so you can find your favourite place to cook up a storm. Some cabins and luxury tents have their own BBQs.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

Yes we do, with a fridge, oven, microwave, tables and BBQs.

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooters, rip sticks and roller blades?

What kind of question is that? It wouldn't be a family park if we didn't! We even built our own awesome pump track so they can wear themselves out.

How close is the beach?

You'll hear the waves crashing on the beach from most places in the park. A short stroll through the trees and you're there. 

Where is Handkerchief Beach?

Shhhh, its our secret. Handkerchief beach is a short walk. It's a great spot to splash around or throw sand at your brother. If you're not into waves then head to the south side of the beach- this is where the ocean meets the inlet and the water is usually shallow and calm- perfect for the little ones.

If we're staying in a cabin do we need to bring our own linen?

We provide linen and towels for all our cabins except for our Beach Houses.

Do I need to book before I arrive?

We recommend you always book in advance to avoid disappointment.

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year- we have standard, low and peak seasons. You can get some great deals on breaks away during the winter months- check out our Facebook page for deals.

What is there to do in the surrounding area?

Narooma is blessed with fine sandy beaches and you can spend your time fishing, swimming, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking. There are numerous beach walks, walks in the surrounding National Parks or even the hike up historical Mt. Gulaga. Montague Island, off the coast of Narooma, has widlife tours to see penguins and seals, you can even swim, snorkel or scuba diving with the colony of fur seals. The local golf course is well renowned, with spectacular sea views and an excellent restaurant. Try some famous local oysters or even take a oyster tour on the stunning Wagonga inlet. The historical village of Tilba is just up the road, as is the famous Bodalla Dairy- open since the 1860s. Mogo zoo is a little further afield but perfect for a day trip- check out the cafes and quirky shops in Mogo while you're there. There are many more great activities in Narooma and the surrounding area- ask our friendly reception staff for suggestions. 

Do you have internet access?

We have a free Wi-Fi service at Island View - reception can vary.    

Do you have a shop onsite?

Yes, you can pick up some treats for the kids and some basic items. We also sell ice by the bag. 

What time is check-in?

You can check-in any time from 2pm  

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 10am unless by prior arrangement.

Do you allow late arrivals?

We sure do! But you will need to let us know in advance so as we can arrange your access.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending upon the time of year you book and rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of your reservation or check on the terms and conditions page for our general policy.

What if I have a complaint?

Don't go home disgruntled! We'll try our best to help you out.

What other Holiday Parks do you own?

First Choice Holidays own Surbeach Narooma and Tuross Lakeside- all have their own unique experience.

Do you have annual vans?

Yes we do but you 'll need to check with us to see if we have any spots on offer. 

Do you offer permanent housing?

We do have permanent accommodation options, it best to contact us directly to discuss availability.

Do you have a pool?

It wouldn't be a tourist park without a pool. We have a 25m pool set amongst the trees. The pool is closed during the colder months.

Do you have an inflatable jumper?

Yep, the kids can go crazy on it and parents too- if you're keen.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We are member of the Family Parks association- you're welcome to give us a call to enquire about joining.

What if I need assistance out of hours?

Emergencies arise from time to time, we get that. Please call the after hours phone number located on the reception door. Please note: "I need a cornetto before bedtime" is not an emergency.

Visa and MasterCard.
