Island View Pet Policy


We are pleased to invite your family friendly pets to come and enjoy your holiday with you.

Please make sure you are familiar with our Pet Policy to avoid any disappointment.


  • For the benefit of all guests we have no pets during peak season and certain public holidays. Best to call before you book.
  • All animals must be registered at reception upon arrival, certain breeds are not accepted so please call before you book.
  • Dogs must be supervised at all times and never left unattended in the park.
  • Unfriendly behaviour towards other guests will not be tolerated. All pet owners must have their animal under control at all times. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
  • Whilst in the park, all pets must be kept on a lead or in an enclosure (ie. birdcage, cat playpen etc.)
  • Pet owners MUST clean up after their animal immediately.
  • All droppings MUST be bagged before they go in the rubbish bins.
  • For Health and Safety, animals are not allowed to enter ANY building in the park (unless this is one of our designated Pet Friendly Cabins)
  • We have designated pet friendly cabins-to book a pet into a cabin you will need to call reception.
  • Animals are not permitted to be on the furniture or beds in cabins that are pet friendly. *Extra cleaning costs of up to $200 will apply

Please note: Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the park if the animal is deemed inappropriate, has arrived during peak season or becomes a nuisance to other guests in the park. ​​

ANY breach of the pet policy conditions will result in a fine of $50 per offence, credit card details are required. Multiple offenders will be asked to leave without a refund.
